Acne is one of the common skin problems among teenagers. Diet, fluid intake, stress and infections all contribute to the development of acne. Here are a few tips to get rid of acne-
1) Stay away from sugary and processed foods like fried chips, cookies etc.
2) Drink at least 10 glasses of water everyday.
3) Drink one glass of lukewarm water with one teaspoon of turmeric.
4) Walnuts are a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids which help to combat acne.
5) Include carrots, pumpkins, yellow bell peppers and avocado in your diet.
6) Apply green tea to the affected areas daily.
7) Apply a mask of honey and cinnamon thrice a week.
