  1. Oats 1 cup
  2. Ginger
  3. Green Chilli
  4. Seasoning
  5. Vegetables of choice.


Grind together a cup of oats, ginger, green chillies and water to a medium consistency.

Now you can add seasoning and veggies of choice like finely chopped onions, capsicum, grated carrot, coriander, mint or curry leaves according to taste. Spread a ladle full on a hot tawa and roast from both sides on a medium flame. Enjoy with green chutney!
